Zone Institute - 2002
Little Rock, Arkansas

District Foundation Chairman Todd Lindley visits with Rotary International President Elect Jonathan Majiyagbe about Matching Grant projects.

Governor Carl Chinnery, D6040, of Lee's Summit, Missouri, shared his story of growing up as one of five boys, all of whom were infected with Polio as children.

Our district governor for 2001-2002,  Bill Schuck, kissed a pig as payment for losing a bet with Governor Loretta Williams.

They had wagered on whose district would donate the most to the Annual Programs Fund of our Rotary Foundation. Loretta's district contributed $5,000 more than D6060, but D6060 contributed more on a per capita basis.

Rotary Regional Foundation Coordinator  Robert Stuart, Jr. (R.) and PDG Larry Lunsford, D6040 (2nd from left) verify that the pig was kissed!

District 6060 webmaster trapped Past Rotary International President Frank Devlyn at the International Convention in San Antonio, Texas and wouldn't leave until photographs were taken and handshakes exchanged. It is rumored that PRIP Frank has a restraining order on file against internet stalkers now.
