The Rotary Club of St. Peters has teamed up with the RC of Bangalore
Basaveswaranagar in District 3190, India to purchase some cows, chickens,
and kitchen and school equipment for a school for the mentally
handicapped.
|
This is a grant totaling nearly US $4,000 with each Rotary Club
providing 25% of the funds and our Rotary Foundation approving funding for the remaining 50%.

This project was featured in the June 2003 issue of The
Rotarian magazine. A large section of this issue was dedicated
to the use of technology in Rotary service. These two clubs met
each other via the Rotary Fellowship ROTI and it's Sisters
Sought area to help clubs find Sister Clubs in another part of
