Membership Retention

While individuals join Rotary after careful deliberation and consideration, they often leave because we have failed to capture their hearts.  To become a Rotarian we must show our new members the depth and breadth of our organization.  We must show them that through the bonds of fellowship, Rotarians unite within their communities and around the world to perform miracles.  Miracles like the restoration of sight, the alleviation of hunger, and the elimination of poverty.  To be a Rotarian one must believe the words "service above self" are not just a motto.
