Presidential Citation &
Changemaker Award 2011-2012

The Presidential Citation requirements have changed drastically for 2011-12. The Changemaker Award is brand new this year. 

Once the club has achieved these goals, they complete the forms and forward to their District Governor.

The Changemaker Award completion form is due to your District Governor Eric Park before March 15, 2012.

The Presidential Citation Award completion form is due to your District Governor before April 6, 2012.
